....

Andy maybe genius... maybe mad, but he really was a star in our century! Sergio

I only started to like Andy Kaufman about a year ago and it is quite a shame that he lived such a short life. I was only 10 at the time of his death and I can't help thinking what he would have been like today. One of the greatest comedians has up and left us all. I will miss him. Shannon Hiller
No one will ever, and I mean never, understand Andy except us few! Randy Moore

Never had heard of the man, until I saw "Man on the Moon" : the film made me laugh, cry, get mad...! Now I want to know more about such an incredible character, so ridiculous yet so admirably sensitive and charming. carlos rey
Yesterday I saw the movie Man from the Moon with Jim Carrey. I come from Spain and I had no idea who Andy Kaufman was. If the movie reflects the real life and personality of this man I find him an enterteiner genius because he was able with his perfomances to provoque reactions on the people, either there were good or bad but I think he showed us that we are alive that we have feelings and that we can not believe everything they tell us because at the end everything could be fake. MARTA
I love Andy Kaufman. He was such a wonderful human being. He entertained his fans in so many different ways. He could make you laugh. He could make you cry. But most importantly, he would make you think. He would make you think about if the stunt or joke he was performing was real, or fake. It was a tragedy when he died in 1984 at such a young age. I believe he had many more years to complete his life, but sadly, he couldn't. Right this very minute, I'm watching his biography movie "Man on the Moon". I've seen this movie over and over again so many times. Jim Carrey does a terrific performance. I also enjoy watching these biography shows that they air on Comedy Central. I love Andy Kaufman. And I really dislike those people who say he was a jerk and was a hasbeen because none of that is true.So to all the people who read this, I just want to let you know that Andy Kaufman was not a jerk, he was a really good person; and I wish he was still here with us today. We'll miss you Andy. Jake Bronson McGinnis
Andy Kaufman is what I want to be. He is my inspiration, and I thank him for that. Please don't every let the memory of Andy Kaufman fade away. Angelique Ebert
I'm still figuring Andy Kaufman out. I think he's a genius. I think he was brave. I think I want to learn a lot more about this guy. Great site. Keep it up. Ben
The line between genius and insanity is thin but did he actually cross it? Luke Stedman
Andy either understood the world in ways none of us ever will, or he understood nothing but fantasy. Who knows which? Noneuvyer Biznis
Andy Kaufman was far from being a comedian, far from being an entertainer, he was a really genius. There was and never will be a man in this world that did the things Andy Kaufman did. He gave us a reason to laugh, he gave us a reason to think, and in the end he gave us a reason to cry. Andy shared a lot with the world, he shared a lot of his world, and we should be thankful for that. I know that many people didn't find what Andy did humorous, and I doubt that he meant it to be funny, or maybe it was just funny to him. Some found him rude, while others found him amazing. Andy Kaufman is someone that I would have wanted to write an essay about at school, you know, those "Who's your hero..." he would be the one. I never have witnessed a better man than Andy Kaufman. Thank you Andy and friends, we all love you. Angelique Ebert
